Audio Visual Systems
All houses had discreet in-ceiling speakers along with cables run to possible keypad locations wired back to a central location, this was to allow for maximum flexibility and resulted in all houses installing a Sonos music system.
Communications
A full data network was designed in each home and each new owner purchased a full wi-fi package from Olive to allow for seemless wi-fi throughout their home.
Home Cinema
With a dedicated cinema room in each property, we designed, supplied and installed an Epson projector, with an Onkyo/Bowers & Wilkins Surround Sound package, which could all be controlled by a single RTI handset and iPad app.
Lighting Control
All properties were pre-wired for a Lutron Homeworks lighting control system which resulted in new owners wanting to have the system installed to allow for one touch scene setting and whole home control.
